Brought my wife in for extreme stomach pain, and passing blood clots while pregnant. Waiting for triage was a few minutes, good there. But then, although er and parking lot was a ghost town we waited 59 minutes for someone to come in and it was about our insurance. My wife suffered through a miscarriage with just her and myself in the room for over 3 hours. My wife is in the medical field, I have an understanding of duties, policy and wait times. This was ridiculous and unnecessary. Is this place even monitored by anyone who has regulations for how a hospital should treat it's patients. After all, we are customers. Without us there is no you. Nobody is accountable. Horrible experience. If they can't get simple patient ethics right, I question their ability to practice medicine at all. Visi
On 03/02/2026 after a fainting scare ended up here, and the ER staff was excellent. Was in the ER for hours and it felt like minutes how well the staff handled everything, was consistently updated during the entire stay. But upon check in the staff member that handles electronically signing and payments was so rude and told a 79 year old patient whom had just come through from passing out "YOU DONT LISTEN" as far as telling her when to sign. No compassion for a distressed patient at all. During the time when one is already worrying and hurt to have to be talked down to over simple mistakes is ridiculous.
Outstanding service and workers! I’m a healthcare professional and they exceeded my expectations. I took my husband to the ER for stomach pain. He was DX with pancreatitis. Dr. Sanchez, Marc, Sarah and Chris……. Hands down… A+. They kept us informed, obtained the necessary labs, ran tests, made my husband comfortable and later transferred us to Piedmont Atlanta with ease. So happy we went there. We wish Dr. Sanchez was a doctor in every specialty area. Exceptional! Thank you to the entire ER dept!
I'LL POST IT EVERYWHERE!!! On the night of October 27th, I had to call 911 because I was extremely sick and vomiting uncontrollably. At one point, I was projectile vomiting. The vomiting became so severe that it triggered intense anxiety and panic, and I started hyperventilating to the point where I could not breathe or control my hands and arms. That is what led me to dial EMS. I genuinely felt like my body was shutting down and I could not get air. Even though I was clearly in medical distress, the EMTs did not provide anything for anxiety, and they did not give me oxygen until I begged for it. I told them repeatedly that I could not control my breathing or my limbs. I asked one of the EMTs if I could hold her hand because I was terrified, and she told me only if I sat back as if I was
Worse experience from the beginning until the end the check in person at the front was rude when asking the reason for coming she was immediately against wanting the service to be provided, I was informed an ultrasound could be done at the location she asked who told me that before asking peers in the back, they finally say ok we can do the service only for me to be waiting over 3 hours and the Dr comes in saying the tech is not available and I would need to go to the other coliseum or come back in the morning only to find out after me requesting to discharge the Dr lied and canceled the ultrasound because upon leaving I needed to use the restroom and the tech was calling my name for the ultrasound and the dr advised her I no longer wanted to wait which was incorrect I requested to leave b
