Piedmont Augusta Summerville Campus

I arrived at the Summerville ER as approx 10:30 am for pain related to a kidney stone. The receptionist was very nice, I was the only one in the waiting room so I quickly signed in. I was called back by a nurse, she was texting on her phone as we walked back to the room, I don't recall her giving me her name but the negative attitude started from that immediate introduction and never improved. She took the appropriate info, other staff came in as well, obtained labs, put in IV, an a CT was ordered. The Imaging staff were very pleasant and that took only a few mins and I was retuned to the room. There was no other staff in or out for about 30 mins. and my pain was about 9/10 . Best ER experience ever! Went today for the first time. Less than 10 minutes after walking in I had been taken back & was in a bed. Less than 5 minutes later I saw the Dr. I was there for less than 3 hrs, which included multple labs, scans & treatment. ALL staff were wonderful! Receptionist, doctor, nurses, techs, everyone! Kudos to this facility!!!

My son and I both received service from Dr.wang and Nurse Practitioner Lindsey Robert’s! I have been going to Dr.Wang for over 13 years and he is great. Nurse practitioner Lindsey -Robert’s is even better, I really care not to see anyone else they add to the team. They were close to my house but I’m willing to drive a little further, for there services.

one of the worst experiences, the doctor who treated me was alright. but then when he left, the two lady pa's walked in giggling after hearing my condition & asked to see it as if i were a case study..no courtesy, care or consideration at all. very unprofessional place

Please, if you are ill, don’t go there. That’s the worst Hospital. I haven’t been to was there today this morning. Had a nurse practitioner come in. She didn’t even look at my chart on the computer that I just had an MRI. She stood there with her leg crossed her arms across her chest. Oh well take Tylenol and Motrin for pain. I said if you would’ve looked at my chart, you would see that I can’t take Motrin because I’m taking Celebrex terrible terrible I am so terribly disgusted. I never been there. I just went there for an MRI for some reason. They said I needed to go to the emergency room and I Went. She was terrible. I don’t know if she thought that I was like searching for pills. My regular doctor gave me pills and I don’t take them like I have OXY that I don’t take, but my doctor told
