I've had a really good experience at Phytex. The front desk staff is friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with, which makes a big difference from the moment you walk in. Garrett, the physical therapist, has been great. He's patient, professional, and takes the time to explain things clearly. I also really appreciate the effort he and the team make to communicate in Spanish when needed… it helps people feel comfortable and understood. The rest of the staff is just as helpful and supportive, and you can tell they work well as a team. Overall, the care and customer service here stand out, especially compared to other places in the area. I would definitely recommend Phytex to anyone looking for quality physical therapy.

Rude therapist that are not helpful or reasonable with you. They were upset because I would reschedule appointments but I had major surgery not long ago, I was doing the best I could.

PhyTEX Midland has wonderful staff and helped me tremendously. I highly recommend!
