My exercises were tailored specifically to address those issues, and I’ve seen real improvement because of it. Love Dr Lindsay, Hannah, and Bella!! They’re all super sweet and knowledgeable! The atmosphere is so calming, relaxing, and smells so good!! Went in to get help with knee and hip pain and I finally have relief! They’re helping me get stronger everyday! After my very first visit, I had noticeable improvement. I've continued to see improvement in my range of movement and am experiencing fewer migraines. Hannah even helped me with an unrelated problem (knee pain caused by my hip!) They are the best!
