I’ve been seeing Nina Mondi as my pelvic floor PT. I was initially told one of my options for prolapse was surgery. I decided with further research that working on my pelvic floor would be the best first option for me. I was not wrong. I have made great progress with the help of my marvelous PT trainer. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. She has made this journey a success. I am not all the way there yet but because of her guidance, I see a better future without the surgery option. I’ve taken the program she has built for me and will continue to improve by strengthening this area of my body. Thank you Nina for putting me on the strength tract to better pelvic health.
