Physicians United Urgent Care

This was my first time visiting this facility and I’m so glad that I chose them, I did read the reviews and was pleasantly impressed by what I read. The experience was pleasant and friendly upon entering the facility. I apologize for not remembering names I was feeling so bad, but I definitely remember faces. Thank you so much for the care that I received, thank you to the staff member that kept my 2 year old granddaughter company while my X-rays were done.

I usually don't go to doctors, so I really didn't know what to look for or what to expect when I did need to see one for a serious health issue. After looking around for an Urgent Care place, I saw how stellar the reviews for Physicians United was, so I took a chance and booked an appointment online. The entire experience was wonderful. I was in and out a lot quicker than expected. The staff, from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, were all amazing. I saw Dr. Kasiah. I apologize I can't remember the names of the others. But thank you all so much. They listened to me and were very kind, caring, and patient. Such wonderful people here. I'm doing so much better now. They even called me a couple days later to check in with how I was doing. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

I loved that I was able to check in online, making my wait time only a few minutes. The team was very professional. The NP (Sarah?) was very thorough and seemed genuinely concerned with my health. She even called the next day to check in on me. I didn't know that kind of care was still around. I would highly recommend this office.

Staff were welcoming and very attentive. Dr. Kasiah listened , had a gentle touch and made sure to inform me before proceeding with certain things during my appointment. Overall this is the best urgent care I’ve been to in Augusta. Glad I made the right choice!

I had never been to any type of Urgent Care so had no clue how it worked.  I was in Augusta so googled Urgent Care and chose Physicians United Urgent Care based on the reviews and it was 5 stars right away!  The staff at the front desk were friendly and listened to my issue.  It wasn’t long before the Nurse Practitioner ~ Sarah came in and we chatted about why I was there.  Talk about empathetic!  She knew exactly how I felt and what to do.  She gave me a course of treatment and I felt so relieved when I left.  The entire staff was wonderful.  Hopefully I’ll never need to go to one again but if I do ~ I’ll make the trip to Augusta to go there.
