Physicians Regional Urgent Care - Pine Ridge

My wait time was minimal. Greeted by the front desk person and cordial and efficient. Saw nurse practitioner quickly as well. Called in needed prescription. I will go there again or recommend if necessary

Very friendly front office person. I feel that the one Nurse Practitioner is definitely not enough! I had an appt for 10:10 am and wasn’t seen until 11ish. One poor lady didn’t have an appt. She was still waiting when I left. If you have an urgent care for people you should have it staffed appropriately.

Upon entering, the gal at the desk was very empathetic and kept things organized. There was a long wait time but we are allowed to leave and return and not lose our space. The doctor was fabulous and very detailed. Fortunately it was only the seasonal flu as the tests proved and the treatment was appropriate. In spite of The amount of patience waiting, everything was organized and professional.

I visited the Urgent Care at Physician Regional yesterday and was truly impressed. The staff attended to me promptly and with genuine compassion. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for and respected. The efficiency of the service combined with the kindness of the team made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend this urgent care center to anyone in need of professional and compassionate medical attention."

I was able to make an appointment. But was told ahead that I might not get in right at that time depending on severity of others people’s ailments. I liked being told that up front. Very friendly staff. Practioner was thorough and explained in detail about the medicine she prescribed.
