I am a retired nurse after a 46 year career. I took a friend to your hospital today for major surgery. I have never seen such a poorly run hospital such as yours in my entire life of working in many hospitals. Walked in the main lobby, there were no signs telling us where to go. There was a sign on the elevator saying out of order. We finally found a small hand written sign saying surgery check in walk out the back door and turn right and walk to next door. The security guards told us to take the elevator to the 2nd floor. We got to the 2nd floor and there was nobody there and no signs telling us where to go. We ended up yelling until someone came out of pre-op to see who was yelling. She showed us where to check in. I had heard rumors that Regional was a poorly run hospital and the care

Just want to thank all the staff in the OR, Especially Dr Hanypsiak's team and my OR recovery Nurse Bridget? who went above and beyond to advocate for me, making sure I was good to go. Have had 4 surgeries this past year and tonight every one was on their A game. They all deserve a raise.

The only person there that seems to actually care was the physical therapist. rest of the staff was very impersonable. and that's putting it nicely. Not a good experience

Aside from having the best Dr in the world, Dr Biggs. The team @Physicians North is top notch as well. From the receptionist to the nurses and therapists, they went out of their way to make us comfortable and put us at ease with the home instructions. Can't say enough good things!

Great physical therapists on site but this place is highly unpredictable. They went from telling my mom she would need 3 weeks of inpatient rehab to 10 days now to having a meeting trying to push her out sooner. We had other options that would’ve cost nothing out of pocket to go to but instead chose this center because it was supposed to be the top Center for rehabilitation, now I’m paying out of pocket and mom is getting rushed out when she can’t even get in and out of bed on her own, there has been no request to the insurance for additional therapy after discharge, or for other medical necessities like a hospital bed after she is discharged. All when I could’ve had my mom in a different inpatient rehabilitation for three weeks free of cost. I truly regret bringing my mother here.
