I am writing this as a warning to anyone who may one day bring a loved one to this hospital. Our family trusted this facility during a medical emergency, and that trust ended in tragedy. My father was diagnosed with pericardial effusion, a dangerous condition where fluid builds around the heart and can quickly become fatal if not treated with surgery. We were told he would need surgery, but we were also repeatedly reassured that it was not a life-threatening situation. What followed was over 12 hours of waiting on a holiday weekend. During that time, my father remained in the hospital while we were told surgery would happen, yet hours continued to pass without action. All the people were very courteous and professional. The tech who did my echocardiagram was great and she when got a wheelchair so my wife did not have to walk all over the hospital. I would recommend this place for anyone needing and echo test.

This hospital was the worst hospital I have ever been in. I should know!! I have had 18 surgeries in different hospitals in my lifetime. My story: I had a head cold for 3 days and started experiencing stomach pains and vomiting. I went to urgent care. They couldn’t treat me, because I have terminal lung and liver cancer and also couldn’t provide fluids to me. I took an ambulance to the ER from urgent care. I arrived in your ER at 7:30pm. I was diagnosed with Covid and Colitis. I was left on an uncomfortable bed and in a freezing room all night. I stayed in the ER till noon the next day. I was not put on fluids until I was moved to a room. I was only given a few of my regular meds my whole stay. I’ve been seeing Dr Leonard Glaser for less than a year. I arrived home from NY very sick. I went to his office and his staff is very kind and compassionate! I was there on Thursday and today is Monday. TODAY he did what no other doctor has done for me since living in Florida…HE CALLED me to see how I was doing!!

My husband is a stroke victim and we moved from Broward and he’s been in the er and hospital many times every one is great nurses are great at helping him he is paralyzed on his left side our last visit my husband had pneumonia. The girls were awesome. The doctor was great even down to the food service. They cut my husband‘s food up for him to make sure that he was able to eat it since he only has one hand never bad experience
