Physicians Immediate Care

Had to take my daughter suddenly to an urgent care and stopped by Physicians Immediate Care. We have never been there before and the check in/registration was very fast. The young lady at the front desk was also very helpful. Our wait time was short. And my daughter was attended by the Dr. fast. Dr. Anita Appoh was very caring, friendly, and took the time to be very thorough. She made my daughter feel comfortable and truly listened to our concerns. We are very grateful for the excellent care she provided and would highly recommend her!

Expect a secondary bill a moth later, regardless what staff tell you at time of vist. Service was good but they run a bait a switch with prices. They tell you as a Cash paying customer that the total is 175.00, and this takes care of any tests, x-rays or supplies during the vist. A month after the vist, I received an additional 150.00 bill. After calling, I'm told that the information that the location tells you is incorrect. They responsed saying to email them. Well that is a waste. Thier response to the review is only an illusion to make it seem as if they cared or actually going to try to resolve anything. They took zero accountability that they didn't make it aware they would charge anymore for the vist. Infact, they make you pay upfront to be seen, So why not ask for the other items

I arrived as a walk in and immediately was informed of the extended wait time. I registered and was told I could wait in my car. I received a call before I expected and when I went back inside I went straight to the back for my appointment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sam was so nice, explained everything as she was preparing me for the provider, Jessica. Tests were done, X-rays done and a very thorough evaluation of my symptoms. I absolutely recommend this group and have no problems going back in the future. They didn’t just say “you need to go to the ER”. I went to their office to avoid the ER. Thank you!!!!

The lady who administered my drug test was wonderfully kind and welcoming. She apologized for the wait, which I truly appreciated, and she was full of enthusiasm. She did an excellent job.

Went in for a Sinus infection. The NP/PA spent not even 10 minutes in my room with me. Billed my insurance for an extended 30 minute visit. Then took the outstanding bill of $182 (that they never sent to my insurance) out of my account! When I called and demanded the money returned, they stated it was in my paperwork I signed. Needless to say. My bank reversed the charge and they have still yet to bill my insurance. Which my insurance said they would pay! I told Physicians Immediate Care Customer Service Rep(who spoke barely any a English) and was given a hard time there as well. They are Horrible and over billing!!!
