I have been seeing Jennifer consistently for several years and won’t go any where else. I’ve had chronic neck and back pain and she has helped me get through it. She listens to my needs and adjusts her technique accordingly. If you want a nice and relaxing massage or deep tissue therapeutic massage she can do it all. Add in some red light or chryo therapy, and I can assure you will be feeling better in no time!

I had a great massage at Elevate! She addressed all the issues I had, applied the right amount of pressure and I came away feeling totally relaxed and have less pain than I have had for several months!

Jennifer was very nice and professional. Easy to talk and insightful. Walked me through the steps and what to expect of the foot detox. The medical message was perfect, the amount of pressure and hitting the right spots was spot on. Overall a great experience.

I wanted to thank the massage therapist I saw yesterday at Elevate Wellness. I was diagnosed with seasonal allergies/asthma with difficulty breathing. Two separate trips to ER. After a lot of tests, breathing treatments and steroids. I thought I would try a massage to see if it would help. After one massage I was able to breathe and slept through the night. Thank you Sandra you are truly a gift!
