Thank you Dixon for going above and beyond. Yolanda got us checked in right away with a smile, by using the QR code, and insurance went to smooth. Faith did vitals and asked questions she put us first, and made the entire process go smooth . Michelle Hahn made my 15 year old feel comfortable in answering all his own question’s, and very thorough in her examination. I was there first thing in the morning and received fast service, attinitive care, and exceptional service.

Worst experience I’ve had. Not only was my reason for visiting barely looked at, I was pushed in and out within 10 minutes. Never seen a doctor, only a nurse. They checked my blood pressure and looked at my problem and just said probably allergies. Preceded to charge me close to an e.r visit. Then months later they try to fraudulently pull money from my bank account without my consent. Had to flag it at my bank. Go anywhere else.

I went there with my young daughter. I had been up for days with a sick child & had minimal sleep. I feel like due to lack of sleep I was probably asking dumb, common sense questions. But they were great with answering them & great with my daughter. They made her feel safe & made the visit as stress free as possible.

Physician was disrespectful and dismissive of my wife's concerns over the care of our 18 month old child. My wife and I are both experienced Nationally Registered EMTs and identified multiple contraindications of appropriate medical care practices. We will NOT be going back for anything, and we will actively discourage others from going to this poorly run, money-making racket business.

Got me in even though some of my insurance info was not complete at the time of admission. So very thankful for that. Thanks to the young lady up front who helped with that. Great staff. Fast service, considering the type of business it is.
