I’ve been visiting this urgent care for years, and I can confidently say they are simply outstanding. The staff is incredible, always hiring compassionate and skilled individuals. Nurse Caswell, in particular, is absolutely phenomenal-truly one of the most caring healthcare professionals I’ve ever met. The doctors are consistently knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely caring. I’ve had experiences at other urgent cares in the area and have had to have issues corrected by other physicians, but that’s never been the case here. Their team always goes above and beyond to ensure the best care possible, and I trust them completely with my health and my family’s health. Additionally, the efficiency here is remarkable. I went to this urgent care after suffering severe back pain the day before. First of all when I walked into the office, I noticed it was very nice. Absolutely no wait! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I didn't have to wait more than a couple minutes to be seen by a PA. Jeff Ure walked in to the room with a very calm and pleasant disposition. After I explained my problem, he showed so much care and empathy! I have never met a PA as wonderful as him! As a former RN, I knew what I needed. He gave me exactly what I needed (prednisone, X-ray, and a little norco), and explained a few things, (which told me how intelligent he is). I immediately started the medications as soon as I pick them up, and by the end of the day I felt about 50% better. The next day, I am feeling about 80% better.

Horrible medical practices. I'm from the medical field and a guy at counter said he was diagnosed w the flu. I was at counter next to him. I stepped away and suggested to receptionist she hand him a mask. She laughed. I said not funny. And put steps a big guy 6 ft 5 acts like a bouncer told me to settle down and stop telling his staff what to do. He was rude office staff rude nurse rude. He's the owner . Run away. Do not go her. They unprofessional. Terrible Terrible Terrible. Hes sure not from medical field. You ll see he's the owner. Shes a bar bouncer. His disregard 4 my health as i'm a 67 yr old high risk person. We saw Jeff and my daughter was very comfortable. The front desk staff are pleasant and the nursing staff amazing. They went out of their way to ease my daughters nerves. I will definitely return if needed for care on the weekend. Keep up the great work. Great faculty and impeccably clean. ✅

this place is awesome, i went here because a family member recommended it after the high prices and unprofessionalism from a different clinic. physicians immediate care has shown me respect, kindness, have great pricing, and are compassionate with what they do. their clinic is clean and their team is very professional and friendly every single time i’ve come in.
