Staff is very nice and accommodating for my 4 year old. Making an appointment online was very easy, making getting seen that much quicker. NP was amazing at listening and engaging with my daughter about her symptoms. At the end the best part was the sticker and toy she got .

I had a very positive experience at this urgent care. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The doctor was wonderful — very attentive, kind, and professional. They immediately did a test to find out why my throat was hurting and quickly identified the cause. I was prescribed antibiotics, and everything cleared up shortly after. I truly appreciate how fast, efficient, and caring the whole team was. Highly recommend!

Check in was easy. Technology was totally manageable and not cumbersome. I came at the perfect time because there was only one other patient in waiting room so I was seen immediately. Nurse was fantastic, personable, and very much knowledgeable. The PA was thorough the entire appointment and made me feel like an equal partner in my care which I very much appreciated. There was a glitch with the pharmacy order and the staff at Physicians took care of the problem right away. It is nice when a task is handled efficiently!

I’ve been to this location a few times and it was mostly decent. However, the last time I brought my daughter, she was misdiagnosed with strep throat. The rapid was negative but they still prescribed antibiotics. The culture came back negative but nobody called me with results. She was progressively getting worse and all of her symptoms pointed towards something other than strep, which I believed to possibly be mono. Antibiotics are one of the worst things you can take with mono! We went back to this location and requested a mono test. The second provider was SHOCKED that they didn’t do a mono test, and that nobody called us with the negative strep results. My daughter suffered for several days due to this mistake. Of course it was mono, and due to the antibiotics she developed a horrific

Walked in without an appointment and within 15 minutes I was seen by a nurse practitioner where she took my vitals, asked me why I was here, and suggested a couple of tests based on my symptoms. Another 5 minutes, she returned with the test results which were negative. The doctor then came in and suggested a prescription for my cough to help me sleep. My visit was covered by insurance and the prescription was filled at my pharmacy for a minimal price. All and all, it was a great experience and I will go there in the future.
