Physicians Footcare

Last week I called and scheduled an appointment for today 10/28/2024 to be seen by Dr Demon Thompson at 2:30 pm. I was less than 5 miles away 20 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment when I received a call from a staff member by the name of Jessica informing me that they had spoken with my Insurance provider and my insurance would not be active until November 1, 2024 therefore, I would either (A) Not be able to be seen today or (B) I would have to pay out of pocket. I explained to her that I had driven almost an hour to make it to this appointment. I also explained to her that I had requested to be off from both of my part-time jobs to accommodate this scheduled appointment. After placing me on a brief hold, she came back to the phone to say to me that they would be able to see me, b

Scheduled an appointment 3 months out. I showed up and the doctor left two months ago. They called and said I didn't have a voicemail. No text message, only called once. Sorry we can schedule you for another day. Absolutely not, have a good day. Beware!

Long wait today. Not usually this bad. Over 30mins so far. Newly remodeled building but didn't expand waiting area much. Outside walkway is uneven with sections of grass between concrete squares which are not level with ground. No railing on handicapped walkway.

I had an amazing visit, the team was generous and very welcoming. I saw Dr. Jacobis, he was very thorough and helpful!

Bad service. I made an appointment in 02/02/2026. I called 2 hours before my appointment for double check and they told me will be open. I have to drive with icy roads and when I arrived the office was closed! Nobody told me nothing!
