My hearing aides have definitely enhanced my life as my hearing is so improved. I couldn't believe how much I have missed at home and at work. But that is just half of the story. Their service and support is just as impressive. They are so good about getting me in and cleaning my hearing aides and making any adjustments I need. If I call, they respond very quickly. Trina and the whole staff are superb! I highly recommend them to you!

I took my Mother in law to Miracle Ear in Florence and Trina was FANTASTIC!!! She was in the office by herself, which resulted in a longer wait, but she was extremely apologetic even though it was out of her control. She was very attentive to my mother in law and answered all our questions. Trina gave us A1 customer service!
