Physicians Footcare

Today I seen Dr. Abbasova at the West Ashley office for neuropathy in my feet. She took her time and explained alot about the condition and is extremely knowledgeable. The biggest part is she listen and was interested in what I had to say. One young lady took all my information and set me up for my xrays. She was very professional and nice as was the young lady that set me up for my next appointment.

I'd like to start off this review by saying that my partner and I both have ADHD, and therefore, when we go to the doctor, it is helpful if they are able to let us get all of our thoughts out as well as provide us with a clear, action plan that's written down. If you, or someone you love has ADHD and/or wants a caring doctor with a compassionate bedside manner, do not see Dr. Harry Cotler. He started out the appointment not looking at us, he cut us off as we were trying to explain the injury to him, he left the door to the exam room open and the new office reeks of fresh paint (which made my allergies kick up). It was like he was thinking out loud and kept changing his recommendations. It was hard to follow what he was saying and he did not provide any documentation for us to take home. Wh

Office staff did a great job of getting me back to a room quickly after arriving. The wait for Dr. Fink was short. I feel very comfortable and confident with the care from Dr. Fink. She explains the process and has a wonderful 'bedside manner'. Although she is very young, she shows professionalism of a doctor much older than her.

I don't think I'll be back for a follow up. My experience was nice receptionist (on their cells) and then being in a room hearing Dr. Cotler chew them out on why they scheduled two new patients at the same time... but to be fair some other dude who didn't wanna wait was probably scheduled at 10:30 and I showed up before him for my paperwork and my appointment was at 10:45am. Either way a 15min in between appointment times for one doctor is a little silly. I worked once at an animal hospital and it was all about scheduling with one doctor available. Dr. Cotler legit took a rad of my foot and said useless things followed up with his time in Alaska. With this company he's at Beaufort, North Charleston, and West Ashley. I became a patient of Dr. Haire last month and he was very detailed in what he did. I felt comfortable and I was pleased with him and all of his staff. On Monday I saw Demond and he was also very helpful and gave me tips on how to better take care of my feet because I am a diabetic.I would recommend them to anyone.
