We recently visited Dr. Melanie L. Giesler with our baby, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. She did not demonstrate patience or care while examining our child, and we felt rushed and unheard as parents. The communication was poor, and we did not feel supported during the visit. As parents, we believe that doctors who treat children should show compassion, patience, and reassurance, regardless of race or ethnicity. Sadly, this was lacking during our visit, which left us feeling very dissatisfied. We hope that improvements can be made so that other parents and children receive the quality of care they deserve..

The new PCI building is really nice compared to the old 1. More medical offices ect

always friendly. very understanding staff, patient and comforting. i had an mri scheduled but unfortunately i was unable to complete it and they were so kind and caring and reassured me that it was ok and they found me another solution.

Terrible clinic. No one cares. I had an appointment scheduled a year in advance. After a week of annoying calls and texts to remind me of the appointment, I was there 15 minutes early as requested. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I was informed that they couldn’t find my appointment! It turns out that my provider has been gone from there for at least 9 months!! And, the Dr. was not in on that day. After waiting for an hour and 20 minutes PAST my appointment time and not seeing anyone, I left! No apology, nothing! They could care less! There are other providers in the area, and next time I will go elsewhere. You should too!

I canceled two appointments through the portal. They have that option, however, when I called the office to reschedule, the receptionist said, I have 2 no shows. If I miss one more appointment then I will no longer be allowed to be a patient with PCI. I told the receptionist that I canceled my appointments through the portal, the receptionist said, you have to call to cancel. I asked the receptionist then why do they have it in the portal to cancel appointments? The receptionist said, I don't know. This is very deceptive for the patient and not fair that I got 2 dings when I canceled my appointments through the portal and then I get 2 no shows!!!!!!!! Patients be aware!
