Staff and providers were very personable, kind, and well mannered and equipped to handle health care needs and run a smooth office operation for their patients. Would recommend if sick and needing mild to moderate healthcare assistance and guidance for any reason. Very well organized and on top of it to help you get better and on the right track

Hi, the front receptionist was very polite. The wait was short clean, environment. Triage was accurate and professional this all looked good environment. It’s probably my third or fourth time coming and I continue to come and will tell anybody else that needed if sick.

Came down with a sickness and didn’t want to try to sit at AFC for hours. PC Walk in clinic had me in and out within 50 minutes!! They were all so nice and caring. I ended up testing positive for Covid. I’m so glad I tried this clinic out over AFC!

My daughters referred me to Physicians Care Hoover North after they received outstanding care here. As a new patient, I made my appointment online, did all my paperwork online, and received a confirmation and a reminder. Got there 15 minutes early and completed everything. Was called into Triage quickly. Very thorough exam, treated, and out the door within 30 minutes. Best part is there was not a lot of patients in the waiting room at one time. Highly recommend making an appointment and going here!

The staff ant Physicians Care are personal and professional. I’ve gone several times and never had a bad experience. They are great and will follow up. To see if you are doing better. And I never felt like they were rushing me through, they genuinely care and show that.
