I cannot recommend Hannah highly enough. She is truly exceptional and the definition of a compassionate physician. A quality I feared had been lost in healthcare. Hannah went completely above and beyond for our son's case. She dedicated significant personal time, I am sure outside of scheduled hours, to provide an incredibly thorough and thoughtful explanation of the diagnostic plan. As a healthcare professional myself, I can attest that her level of commitment and clinical thoroughness is outstanding. Most importantly, her deep compassion. If you are looking for a clinician who combines world-class expertise and genuine human empathy and truly takes the time to care, look no further. Our family is profoundly grateful for her extraordinary effort.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I actually started out really liking this practice. The staff was friendly, and the PA we saw was very kind and caring. However, I did always find it a bit odd that we were never actually seen by the pediatrician — only by the PA. I brought my 4-month-old daughter in because her eye was a little gunky and she was mildly congested. She wasn’t even acting sick — I honestly thought it might just be a minor cold or that her eye could be slightly irritated. They decided to test her for COVID, flu, RSV, and strep throat. After the tests, I was told she tested positive for strep. I was shocked — all her symptoms pointed to a simple viral infection, not strep, and I later learned from multiple reputable pediatricians that strep in babies thi

Brittni and Ombre do an excellent job at the front desk always friendly, helpful, and professional. The clinic manager Jessica P keeps everything running smoothly and creates a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend the staff at Phycinity Pediatric Clinic, they take great care of both children and adults!

Had such an experience at the clinic and couldn't be happier with the care we received. The staff is amazing and friendly, taking their time to provide sufficient care and ease any of our concerns.
