I truly can’t say enough good things about Phoenixville Pharmacy & Compounding. From day one, the Pharmacist Krish Patel has been absolutely incredible, so knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in his patients. We have two family members who require compounded medications due to celiac disease, and Krish went above and beyond to help us get set up quickly, including smoothly transferring prescriptions from another local compounding pharmacy that had been nothing but difficult. What truly sets him apart is the level of care and detail he puts into everything: he already knows our allergies, proactively researches medications before compounding, and even contacts manufacturers directly to confirm gluten-free fillers (which, as many people don’t realize, isn’t always guaranteed). Dr. Patel is so nice and extremely efficient. They are extremely efficient and so quick to refill prescriptions. I love the auto text when it is time to refill, I don't have to do any work to get my prescriptions! Highly recommend!

Best pharmacy experience I’ve had in 60 years. I switched over after a letter in the new year from my insurance and couldn't be happier. Great staff and they carry everything I need, including my vitamins. Glad I finally made the move. When my daughter came to visit, they treated my grandson’s med emergency like family.

Dr Patel was very pleasant to talk to on the phone. When it turned out that the medication I was looking for was unavailable, he looked into other available options (without me even asking) that I could ask my prescriber about, which was a sharp contrast to the chain pharmacies in the area who rarely will give me the time of day. He was just as pleasant in person, and I was able to pick up my medication less than 24 hours after initially reaching out.

My experience with Phoenixville Pharmacy and Compounding was excellent! Chris was so helpful. I had been trying to get medication for iontophoresis. Another pharmacy told me they could fill it but didn’t and didn’t communicate. Chris at Phoenixville kept me informed throughout the process and followed through on getting the medication to me very quickly via Fed Ex.
