I have been working with Kinetik on and off for a few years. I appreciate how professional the staff is and also that they keep a close eye on their clients and always provide feedback. I appreciate the thorough assessment of strength vs pain/weakness to begin the program. Also the knowledge that's shared! I'm learning a lot about my body and how to protect and maintain. Many of the exercises are things I can do at home. I'm really encouraged. I also like the team approach at Kinetics, the relaxed vibe and the banter. The therapists and assistants are quick to correct any improper stance or movement. They remind me to take a break, get a drink, etc. Together, they are just a super strong team.. I'm on my way to a stronger body with less pain!
