They immediately put both parents and children at ease. What stands out most is how Dr. Missy speaks directly to my child, taking the time to explain everything in a way that feels respectful and empowering. She never rushes or forces any procedures if a child feels uncomfortable, and she always makes sure they feel safe and heard. The level of incompetence here is shocking and I'm honestly considering suing. They contributed to both my kids teeth issues by ignoring cavities and refusing to send imaging. We noticed my son had a cavity and set up an appointment where Dr. Missy examined and said and I quote "I'm going to hold off on interventions due to the anatomy of his tooth". OK, you're the expert, or so we thought. Then they stopped accepting our insurance, no biggie we found a new dentist that did. We asked them to send over the imaging to our new dentist, it took three contacts before they actually did. The dentist realized they didn't take internal imaging of his teeth so we got new ones done and low and behold he had not one but 4 cavities, two of which were hitting his nerve. He needs 5 appointments within

Dr. Missy is the BEST. She has cared for our 5 children for years, everything from routine dental cleanings to cavities and extractions. My kids love her, she explains everything in language they can understand and none of them are afraid of the dentist, thanks to her.

Dr. Missy is phenomenal! She is an extremely nice person & absolutely wonderful with children. My 3 year old son unfortunately had to have a cavity filled. She made the process painless and even fun.
