From the moment I arrived, the experience was positive. The receptionist was genuinely welcoming, and the waiting area was comfortable and inviting. The dental technician who captured the 3‑D images of my mouth was both professional and personable, explaining the process clearly and putting me at ease. Dr. Troy made an excellent first impression by noting that he had already reviewed my dental images prior to meeting with me. He thoughtfully walked me through the various treatment options, explaining his clinical rationale with clarity and neutral objectivity. I think I have been here a total of four times now. Twice for a cleaning once for a filling and another time to fix one of my front teeth that chipped. Every time all of the staff was so polite and courteous. The dental hygienists and the dentist there genuinely care that you understand what's going on with your dental health and they don't make you feel rushed or like they don't want to answer questions. I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody. It's a lot more high-tech than some other dentists I've been to which I like. I can't remember the name of my hygienist today but I also had her last time and she is lovely, I think it was Paulina. She's so gentle and makes sure you're comfortable the whole time, but she also does a really good job.

1/28 had a dental exam/cleaning hygienist was very friendly and knowledgeable explain everything during the process. Dr Troy is the best! Very friendly and accommodating! Called with extreme tooth pain and within 2 hours Dr. Troy saw me and had taken care of my pain and I wasn’t even a current patient but I am now! Highly recommend Phoenixville Dental.

I'm a fan of Dr. Troy Oracko and his team at Phoenixville Dental. Fast, efficient, professional, friendly, and painless. I had a tooth that was a problem. Dr. Oracko tried a non-invasive solution first which was cool, but ultimately it later required a root canal and a crown installation that he did himself, in the office. This was done on a Friday and he told me to call him if I had any problems over the weekend. I had no problems, but the offer was nice. If you've been in the area and came to this location when Dr. McHale, and later Dr. Walloch were here, but maybe you switched to another practice, you should check this one out again. "Dr. Troy" has continued to modernize the equipment and technology significantly, but maintains the small practice feel so that you don't feel like
