The PT, Nathan Stock, was a very competent and understanding therapist. Nate was always willing to listen to what I had to say and I could tell he took notes on my input. Since my therapy took many months, I went through several cycles on my road to recovery. Nate changed my in-home exercises frequently to match the needs of my recovery. I believe this helped me quite a bit. The whole atmosphere at Phoenix is very friendly and relaxed. I am very glad I found Phoenix since it is very close to my home. The Marriottsville location of Phoenix is the best pt I have been to and I have been to many. The skills, caring personality and friendly atmosphere has made me really like to go to pt! I have already had to spend months there pre and post 2 hip replacement surgeries and it is like being with friends who help me to be able to again walk without pain. Great customer experience with caring and friendly staff. Kristen Ritchie has been wonderful in providing the right level of therapy that I need to strengthen from stage 4 lung cancer. Since I will be away for a while she explored ways in which I could continue to build strength. Truly appreciate the personalized support and approach.

Amanda was amazing and really helped me before major surgery and even more so after. Once dismissed, she gave me a great program for me to do at home along with confidence. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
