Amazing vet and vet techs! My super anxious dog came in for her first appointment and they demonstrated genuine care for animal wellbeing. In all my dog’s 11 years of going to a vet, she’s never been comfortable enough to nap inside of an appointment room—but she did here! They offered a comprehensive examination and gave me all possible details and solutions for my dog’s condition. Very happy with my dog’s care!

Our dogs have been seen by quite a few provides in the DMV area, and after settling in Ellicott City, we transitioned their care to Marriottsville animal hospital. Staff memembers and Dr. Pinkham are extremely kind and thorough with the routine physical exam, and one of the staff members was so patient with us trying to a get urine sample outside despite it being cold and windy. We just received a follow-up email today with detailed explanations of each lab results and were pleasantly surprised. With how busy vet clinics can get, no news usually indicate good news, and the extra time and effort in communicating key findings reflect their kindness and professionalism.

I was regularly bringing in my dog Ellie, and when she began to decline, Dr. Pinkham and his staff were incredibly patient and compassionate. They walked me through every option and treatment plan with clarity and kindness. I am so glad we found Dr. Pinkham and this practice. From our first visit Dr. Pinkham was thorough and thoughtful. When our dog needed urgent bsurgery, it was quickly coordinated through the practice – the immediate ultrasound evaluation, more detailed imaging, the specialty surgeon. (At some practices we would’ve been trying to pull this together ourselves) I’ve seen comments about cost, but I think they do a great job with financial transparency,, laying out options with costs and explaining what is most needed and what can wait. And everyone – Dr. Pinkham and all the techs— is just really nice. My dog has vet anxiety and they treat her with patience and gentleness. Really happy with the quality of care.
