Great PT clinic. Josh and Jeff are both extremely insightful and always take the time to listen and help me understand what’s going on and why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve made a lot of progress working with them. Will is always super friendly up front and adds to the positive environment. Overall, an awesome team that genuinely cares. Highly recommend.

I have been here several times and always get results. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. I have been to another PT and was not as satisfied as I am with Phoenix. Would highly recommend them! They are absolutely the best! If you have vertigo, go see Jeff. He is a sweetheart and gets me feeling better every single time!!!!

Two months ago, I submitted a 5-star review from PT sessions in April and May 2025. I re-injured my neck and shoulders in July. I knew where to go! Phoenix Physical Therapy is not in my medical provider’s hospital network but I have found it to be the best! I am 71 years-old and have had many PT visits at other facilities over the years. I prefer Phoenix! You are not a number. The therapists (Jeff and Josh) and the front desk staff (Angie and Will) really take you under their wings and treat you like family! Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about my condition. He took the time to listen to my symptoms and made sure I was comfortable with my exercises. He was available via phone and email if I had any questions. Jeff simulated real life scenarios and helped me prepare for activities outside the physical therapy gym. He explained the reasons for all the exercises. I was in a significant amount of pain when I first started PT. He encouraged me and assured me that it would continue to improve and it did! The front staff was amazing and greeted me with a smile every time I walked through the door. They truly operate like a family in there. If I ever need to return to PT, they will be my first phone call!
