Phoenix Massage spa

Took my husband for an hour massage. I was told one price on the phone and I thought the tip was suppose to be included or at least allow me to tip on service. She charged me 80 dollars. I just don’t like to be told I have to tip as if I wasn’t going to but allow me to see the service before tipping first and last time coming here for anyone.

They have a really bad service, I will leave 0 start bit unfortunately I can only do 1. They advertise 1 hr massage for $50 on their window, and she try to charge $60. After that I ask for 1hr msg and they only want to give you a 30 min massage only...because they don't offer 1hr massage but still advertise 1hr and 45 min......definitely I will never come back!

Excellent service. I go there for alternate medical needs for chronic muscle soreness. She does a great job.

Terrible service, called before coming in and asked if I needed an appointment for an hour massage they told me no appointment just walk in. When I go in they tell me no hour massage only half hour for $40 and when I tell them I have bad pain under my right shoulder blade they try to tell me to go to the acupuncture doctor next door I tell them no have a bad fear of needles and just need a deep tissue massage. They take my payment before working on me and then only work on my shoulders and back and was way too light handed, she did use some hot stones on me at the end but then tells me that tip is $10 minimum. If you need an affordable massage go to Ling ling's massage on bear valley much better and cheaper.

Service was terrible! They will also claim that their credit card machine is down to avoid paying the fees. They also had the nerve to expect a tip after the lousy massage. Terrible! I would not recommend this to anyone. If you think that this is a good massage, then you have no idea of what a good massage is...
