I'm writing this in the aftermath of frustration, both circumstantially & in life, but felt the review necessary after what I experienced as a customer. My son's daycare has a policy to get Dr's clearance when he has "pink eye." Well, my son, being an allergy-prone guy, wakes up congested from time to time and requires a doctor's note to return. I hate the policy as much as I understand it, but it leaves me between a rock and a mortgage-sized daycare bill. That being said, I showed up at the very last possible minute (mom of 3) and they denied seeing me. Turns out, Urgent Care offers a subscription for $30/month for full services with a $160 buy in. My children are not a patients here anymore thank God. The doctors I dealt with regarding my children were very good but that front office, medical records staff, back office staff leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I had the displeasure of having to call them to see about getting some of my sons medical records. To say they are rude, curt, unknowlegable and sarcastic just reaches the tip of the ice berg. Passed my call around. Couldn't tell me whether or not they keep records more than 2 years, and when I finally got someone in medical records she rattled off a web address to fast for me to make note. I asked her to slow down so I could write it down she hung up on me. I had to call back and talk to a girl who couldn't answer my questions but was willing to give me the web address. To b

We really like our doctor but are thinking of switching because recently my 4 year old son had a really serious condition where he needed an ultrasound and the front office staff for some reason could not send a fax for the referral for ultrasound. They said they tried several times and then told me I had to come pick up the order and hand deliver it to the ultrasound clinic. His ultrasound was delayed by 3 days and we almost ended up in the ER due to this delay. I asked the front office staff if they were going to look into why they can’t send a fax and they said no. Terrible service for a a child facing a life threatening issue! I only hope they get better service for their loved ones facing serious medical issues.

My deaf daughter is 13 and has been going to Red Rock her entire life. She recently started going through something that clearly required a psychiatrist. Instead of finding a local solution, we were told to go to Phx. We were sent to an establishment for kids who want to harm themselves or others, which is NOT what’s going on with my daughter at all. The doctor there didn’t even talk to her for 5 minutes before leaving because his shift was over. Not only was it a dysfunctional clinic and staff, but no one cared to tell me anything about how they were planning on communicating with my kid or where they wanted to admit her. I’ll save you the small details, but she went though test after medical test until almost 2am, only to find out my daughter is fine…But needs to see a psychiatrist. Horr

Everyone from front desk to medical staff is very friendly. Amy is amazing and takes a good amount of time in each visit to make sure all of our questions are answered. We have had them reschedule a few of our appointments but it all worked out. When our son has been sick, he is almost always able to be seen the same day.
