Philly City Foot Doc - Kimberly Nguyen DPM PC, Podiatrist, Laser nail

Nice enough, but very pushy. If they tone down the up and cross selling it could be good. I went for a 2nd opinion on tendinitis she barely talked about that but she immediately started talking about potential fungus and needing to scrape samples (mind you I have no itching or flaking) and then tried to sell me inflated prices OTC creams that could be found at CVS for a 1/4 of the price. I really was (am) in pain and seeking help but it felt more like a sales pitch than a consult.

Doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them well. Wasn't really pushy...just concerned. I never really took care of my feet and she recommend i step it up a notch. She even gave me a nice surprise pedicure which I wasn't expecting but enjoyed.

I am not happy with this place at all. I received the expensive keryflex on 2 nails and one of them fell off a week later while on vacation. It was supposed to last 4-6 weeks. When I contacted them after coming back from vacation, they would not refund me for that nail and offered a discount on another service. Since it wasn’t done well I didn’t want that. Do not get this service here!

This office has been a consistent support to me for the past 3 years during my time as a graduate student. I am also grateful to say that my family is also benefitting from Dr. Nguyen's incredible work and team that supports her. The care I received at this office has truly improved my quality of life, and other folks agreed with me in the comforting lobby area. Thank you for being such a professional, compassionate, and accessible place to receive care!

Very pushy. Also really sneaky on getting you to approve testing not covered by insurance. Always always trying to SELL you something you may not need. The greed is heavy with these guys. Also, have you noticed their responses are exactly the same for every review?
