I'm a post transplant leukemia patient. I contacted them before sending my prescription, asking if they can service me 3 miles away in crown heights and they said yes. I made sure to ask if there's any fees for delivery or mail to me and they assured me no fees. I then filled out my info on your website and see there's a "Mail" option. My Dr electronically sent the prescription and I waited 2 days, when I checked on it they said they never received it, so I asked my Dr to resend it. When my Dr called they now said they do have it. So I call them and I showed them my address info, they said they'll send it to me. Only now after a few days ordeal they tell me there's a $20 carrier charge because I'm too far. They also can't transfer my prescription bec of the type of insurance. I'm back t

They don't deliver the medicines when the doctor prescribes them; they write and call to say they'll deliver them, but they lie. They gave me an expired vitamin for my baby.

I've been using them for a couple of months now and have had great experience. All prescriptions that I sent were filled right away with quick delivery service.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I’ve been using this pharmacy since 2021, never had a problem before today, and I appreciate that they have a delivery option. But after the treatment I received by the person who answers the phone today I will not return. I had a prescription delivery scheduled for approximately 4pm today. The shop closes at 6:30 so I called to check the status at 5:30 and offered to pick up instead. I was told by the person on the line that it would be impossible, since the delivery person had my order, and that there was zero chance the order would not make it to me by 6:30 (closing time). At 6:29 I call one final time before they close, and all the person on the phone can say is it’ll get here when it gets here, they have no way of knowing how long it

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for over 18 years. It has new owners but I have no complain of the service. They have my information in there system. They call whenever I have a prescription ready. If I need a prescription by a certain time I always feel comfortable enough to ask if they can have it ready for me by the time I get home. They have delivery which is amazing, especially if you need your prescription and can’t go out. They do have a good inventory of items from diapers, to over the counter medications. During COVID I was able to book an appointment with them for my shot and booster, especially when everyone else was booked. The hours are a bit short but I don’t mind it. I just work around the hours because the other pharmacy’s are far and a hassle to get too. I recommend this
