I called Dr Phillip the day of the snow storm he was closed but called me back. He heard in my voice I was very upset with a tooth I'm having trouble with and he stayed on the phone with me and said he would put me on the schedule the next morning. Dr Phillip opened earlier for me and explained in detail a plan how to move forward. I feel blessed that Dr Phillip is in my dental plan. The office itself is beautiful and the girls are amazing. Miriam, the billing and who handles everything in the office, took her time and explained to me about my insurance and how it will work moving forward with my dental insurance. BEWARE OF CHARGES FROM THIS OFFICE!!! So any of the reviews pertaining to incorrect charges from Phillip Dental were spot on! My dental plan is Horizon Dental Choice (HDC) Plan A. This office is listed as a participant in the horizon book and before scheduling an appt, I called the office to confirm. After several months of visits and chares, I began noticing they were charging me based on the Horizon PPO fee schedule. When I questioned these charges on my last visit they admitted the error and refunded my card only for that visit. Before my next appointment I received an email, not a call, stating they no longer accept Horizon Dental Choice as of August and I would have to find another dentist! What professional does that, just dump a patient in the middle of treatment!!!??? Because o

Be Careful - Really unprofessional office staff/front desk manager. I was overcharged for my visits here and based on my insurance EOB, I should have received refunds. However, multiple calls and emails have been ignored by this office and no response as of yet. I should have read the prior reviews mentioning the overcharging behavior from this office. I see that I am not the only this has happened to.

He is the most unprofessional dentist I visited in USA. He treated 1 tooth and took him 1 year and 1 year pain for me . Charged me ton of money . First instead of making root canal he placed crown and this tooth was feeling cold, hot during for 6 months + till nerve died . Philip said is normal , it will take a while :) at the the he agreed and did root canal and placed the crown. Guess what after 6 months one side cracked and I have to delete the tooth because was no more room to fix. Over $1500 spent and tooth is gone + 6 months pain . He will ask your advice during his procedures, incompetent liar.

Dr. Phillip greatly improved my health in less than 6 months, by implementing his thoughtful dental treatment plan. I feel so much better now everyday. He basically saved my life.
