This 5 stars is purely for Nurse Brad on the 7th floor. This person was kind and caring. Hands down the best care that we have had not only in this hospital but in any hospital in the area. This man deserves a raise. Thank you so much for caring ❤️‍🩹 Someone needs to promote him!!!!

Absolutely horrible arrived when the door opened and they told me I had to wait by the valet door until 5:15 for my surgery appointment at 5:30 I had washed my hair preparing and it was still wet It was cold and there were no backs to the chairs I came in and the security wanted me to go back out there and wait by this time I was crying and I told him it was cold and very uncomfortable I think that with all these nice chairs in the lobby people should at least be allowed to wait in here until they accept them for admitting. Kept getting scolded for things like they are not ready for you yet after telling me I could go in and for using a face mask for a tissue for eyes and nose instead of box not seen on wall. What is wrong with these people I was quiet, polite but this is bringing my rude

I've had multiple back surgeries, due to arthritis and stress fractures. He gave me my life back! I can't believe how quick my recovery has been as well!

Maps and signs are horrible in finding offices inside this place.
