At the outset, all my thanks and appreciation to Mr. Jordan for the constant communication to solve my problem!! In fact, if you are going to take care of the treatment expenses personally, you will face an exaggerated delay in receiving the bills and refunding the amounts, etc. Also, if the treatment is transferred to Jefferson Hospitals, I do not recommend that for many reasons, including the financial drain, I waited two months for the receipt of the bills and the refund of the amount, which means until I received them, I will complete Two more years!!! This is a horrible organization. Their whole purpose is to make money no matter what. What's worse are the agency people, case worker or whatever they call themselves. They oftentimes give the international patients incorrect information. The case workers should all be cursed to hell. Oftentimes the case workers speak the patients' language and they failed to tell the truth. One case worker mentioned that Philadelphia International Medicine is an organization under the City of Philadelphia. What a big lie! A lot of the international patients coming through PIM are terminally ill. I just don't understand how these people can go to sleep considering how many patients they have cheated. The more money the patients pay the hospital, the more commission PIM and the agency make. Stupid people.

One of the, if not The best service ever received. Stephanie was great and very friendly. She helped me get great accommodations for my two week visit and even helped me get some paperwork faxed from my home country the day before surgery. I love this company and the service they provide. If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for all your assistance!!
