The office is nice and the location is convenient. Both times I was there, it’s a madhouse - really really busy. I saw two different doctors - not sure why. The wait is long! You get shuffled around a bit to do the complete exam. I like it but wish it were less of a wait and more organized.

Very experienced and professional service. Accommodation was made for me when I was late due to traffic. Appointment times are honored with no long wait periods. Very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and hardworking staff. Doctor was amazing and so warm!! My experience was seemless in and out in about 1 hour. Would absolutely recommend this office.

The eye Assistant was very efficient. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Dr Abendroth was very knowledgeable and able to give me specific instructions for the care of my condition. Thank you

The front desk receptionist can improve with customer service and being pleasant. I know it's often frustrating dealing with the public. However, they should work on being more pleasant greeting and working with patients. The wait time to see doctors are often overbearing but the office is mindful and staff often apologetic. The doctors are very knowledgeable and updated with their practices. I've be seeing Dr. Feldman for over 10 years.I think the standard of medical tx is 5 stars. Operations can be improved.

I was shocked at how many patients were in the lobby. Despite this I was called within 5 mins, maybe less and taken back. It was an hour at most to have all the tests and exams. The only thing that was surprising was the pupil dilation. I only drove a few blocks during the day and that was ok. Later I had to drive home after dark and I had a hard time seeing. All the lights were star bursts. No one warned me about this. One plus, 13th street s lights looked more beautiful than I have ever seen them. lol.
