Phc Pharmacy

I am ill. I cant stand well. I wait in line for 30 minutes. I get to the window after calling ahead to see if my drugs are available. Yes the say. At the window no. Drugs are not ready. Go away. We are having lunch now. Come back later. This os truly horrible service.

It's the only non-profit pharmacy in Petaluma, and it's busy early and late in the day, but I always get good service and my meds are 50% cheaper than CVS even with insurance

Waiting in line requires patience and good will.

Well , they answer the phone with the greeting of "HOLD!!!" , and then you're automatically put on hold . No hello , or how are you . I thought once she came back I'd get a hello , but no , "DATE OF BIRTH!!" No personability, no kindness . Just abrupt rudeness . Can't stand calling this pharmacy. Do you not pay your techs well ? They're miserable, and it shows .
