PHC Medical Center (Formally Perfect Health)

We recently switched to this primary care/pediatric office and I’m so happy we did! The nurses are incredibly kind and the entire staff is welcoming and professional. I really appreciate that they have both Spanish and English speaking staff — it makes such a difference and makes everyone feel comfortable. Lizbeth is the best! She always makes sure everything you need is being taken care of and truly goes above and beyond for everyone. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — I totally recommend this place for both adults and kids!

Stepped in to PHC Medical Center on the freezing Friday before the Sunday snow storm. I had a sore throat and it was too late to head to my doctor. My kids use PHC and they are very happy, so I decided to go to them. I got a friendly greeting, and after just a few minutes wait, I was ushered into the back where I was given a quick look over and a throat culture. Just shortly later the doctor stepped in, asked me some follow up questions, and read the culture, which was positive for Strep. He asked about allergies, and gave me instructions about taking the antibiotics. After making sure all my questions were answered, he wished me a complete recovery and I headed out. In no time at all my prescription was sent to my pharmacy and was ready for pickup. My experience at PHC was great.

I had a truly outstanding experience at the PHC center. From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism and care was remarkable. I was treated so well by Dr. Heyum, who was incredibly thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Heyum listened to all my concerns and provided an excellent, clear treatment plan that made me feel confident in my care. Additionally, I must mention Duddy, a worker there who was so helpful and made a significant difference in my visit. Duddy’s assistance and kind demeanor really put me at ease. The entire team at the PHC center is fantastic. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of medical care!

I absolutely love all the doctors here! It’s very hard to find a place where you can get multiple services done at the same location. They offer primary care, pediatrics, cardiology, GI, podiatry, and so much more — which makes everything so convenient for our family. The staff is always kind and welcoming, and I haven’t had any issues at all. Highly recommend!

Np Hayum is one of the best medical professionals I have ever visited. He has excellent bedside manner, is extremely knowledgeable, and is someone you can always be comfortable with when he's taking care of your health. I would definitely recommend PHC to anyone looking for a good DR!!!
