Without a doubt THE ABSOLUTE WORST LTC PHARMACY IN OKLAHOMA. You order the meds they never show up. You call to ask and even though your screen shows that it was ordered THEIR screen does not. That is followed by gaslighting by the staff telling you that it was never ordered but you can clearly see that you did order it a week ago. Company CANNOT fulfill its responsibilities and refuses to let facilities out of contracts. Go with BOOMER and maybe you won't have to do a follow up call on every single pill you order.

This is possibly THE WORST LTC pharmacy EVER. If you order by cut off, you may get your meds 2 days later. Techs and pharmacists LIE. I don't even think they have the facility nor patient pulled up half the time by the way they respond to questions. FORGET about them answering the phone. It has gotten progressively worse especially since Mark is not there. Please do better. We want our people taken care of properly!!!

The website doesn't list the phone number, and when you do find it you'll wait 30 minutes to talk to a person who knows nothing. I called to check on a prescription for my father, and I was told they couldn't find it unless I knew the name of the medication. CVS and other pharmacies can lookup by name, d.o.b. etc. So sat on the phone for 30 minutes for nothing.

Pharmacy techs are rude!! Didn't catch yhe name of the tech I spoke to because she didn't offer it and was very rude! She did not even say thank you OR say goodbye! Just hung up...so RUDE

Needs to be advertised as long term patient care only pharmacy. As in in patient, hospice, in hospital, kind of thing as I was told when I had a prescription called in to them and called.
