The place is very unorganized and the lack of communication between shifts is outstanding, almost like a "blaming" war between shifts. The weight of the job falls over one technician because they do not hire any more tech to cover the other positions, they keep promising to do so for years but at the end only one technician ends up doing the job of five. Compensation isn't up to market standards or any standards, insurance benefits are a JOKE. Overall the place is about promises that you will never receive, they "play" the employees so they won't have to pay shifts diferencial ( let's say that those working 600pm to 230am get 1.50? But they set up your schedule for 530-230 ...because of this you only get paid 1.00 since "technically" you "belong" to day shift even when you are working th
