Absolutely first class service carried out by polite professional staff. The entire process turned an extremely stressful time into an easy and stress free experience. Our tests had to be carried out a day before embarking on a cruise ship so the fact we got the results quickly meant we were able to relax on the last day before departing. Our special thanks to the lady who assisted us with a query we had in the early hours of 9 April- could not believe someone could be so helpful and patient. Would thoroughly recommend.

The whole Covid testing experience was great thanks to the great staff. From making the appointments online, being able to ask questions via messenger and coming here for the test. Very seamless and quick system in place. I booked online (recommended prior) for a Covid test, I missed the turn off to get to the drive thru, so parked and went in. Very quick service, they pulled up my details and in within 5 minutes, Isabella was there ready to swab. Polite and great customer service. I paid for the fast results which was completed faster than expected! Really good work to this team.

We found the experience very satisfactory - the service was EXCELLENT. It was quick and the results were on-time. Also, the lady who looked after us in the office was VERY HELPFUL. We had some problems registering and she resolved all of them. We will certainly use the service again.

Great experience, all the employees are really nice! You drive up and park in front of the pharmacy and wait for someone from the their team to come out and help you. The swab was nothing out of the ordinary, your usual experience there. We waited about 15 minutes for our results. It was a breeze! And it’s also the fastest COVID test I’ve gotten, so if your short on time- this is your place!! It was also really great that they had multiple appointments available during the day, makes it all even easier.
