I am very upset that my 85 year old mother has not gotten delivery as of this minute. Which is after 7pm. Delivery guys claims he was given the wrong address. I been on phone with 18Pharmacy since 5pm. Who ever made this error needs to be more careful. And their supervisor needs to have a chat with them. My mom needs her medication asap. Services

My family and I have been trying to speak to pharmacist for days and they do not reply. The phone calls go straight to voicemail.

Terrible customer service. The guy doesn’t even look up when you enter. I went for a Western Union money transfer, because they are on the WU website, and was refused. I’m sorry, please don’t advertise services you are going to refuse to provide.

MY MEDICATIONS WERE EITHER AFTRE 9pm OR NEVER GIVEN. THIS WAS MANY TIMES AND TODAY, I NEEDED MEDS YESTERDAY BUT TO NO SENT. I WILL COMPLAINT AND POSTED MY STATUS FOR EITHER DELIVERY OR NOT SET AT ALL. NO TELEPHONE NUMBER DUE TO HUNG UP THE PHONE.

Verry terrible place also a lot meds thinking people had check before take anything from this place . If Don't improve check get your medication another place. Danger ⚡place
