Pharmacy Go in Estero is definitely the place to go if you want professional competent service in filling your compounded or regular prescriptions. It was a pleasure and great experience dealing with Reigh, who does the compounding scripts, in filling my prescription for a hand injury/surgery. She handled everything with my hand surgeon and got my prescription done asap along with explaining how to use it. You made my day Reigh! Thank you! When calling in to Pharmacy Go; their phone is answered by Rowan who listens to what you need and so nicely takes care of you right away without putting you on hold for 30 minutes. I would like to personally Thank Reigh for her outstanding customer service. I went to pick up my medication on Friday afternoon and unfortunately it was not ready yet and was going to be another 45 minutes. I was going to wait but then she told me that she would personally deliver them to my house in Cape Cape Coral the following afternoon. I really appreciate how she went above and beyond!

I would give this Pharmacy a one star but I decided to give them two because I did have one month out of the last 3 that I had decent service. I would never use again and I'm shocked at the good reviews for customer service over the phone. I'm appalled at the way I was treated and I would never use them again. I am going to let me doctor know how awful the service was and to stop suggesting this company
