Pharmacy Solutions

I have been a customer for about 6 months. Every month I go to pick up my refills I feel like I'm in Highland Park Dallas or some really nice area because they treat you so nice! Extremely personable. Great customer service. They must have a great training program because everyone treats me like I'm a special customer. They even offer to sit down with you and discuss details of new perscriptions. The only negative is their short hours on Saturday. I just missed my pickup because they close at 1pm on Saturday. Bummer.

The experience is always great! This staff listens, cares and goes the extra mile to help patients as needed. Always something "extra" on the retail side! But the best part is the expertise and knowledge behind everything Pharmacy Solutions does from start to finish. I trust them, and you can too.

Pharmacy solutions is terrible and horribly expensive. They do not work with you even when you have private insurance. James the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional when I had a new prescription to pick up. For some reason they had me down as a spouse instead of primary on my own insurance when I do not even have a spouse then expected me to pay out of pocket without insurance coverage. Isn’t it his job to fix this issue and communicate with my insurance company properly? I honestly felt judged by him. No wonder I’m always seeing new faces who would want to work for someone like that.

I was totally and pleasantly surprised at this place! New customer and was happy my doctor suggested them. Very professional, courteous and most importantly? The pharmacist took the time to "sit" while consulting me. Unheard of and my nerves subsided. Plan to return, especially to browse the selections for gifts and candles. Nice experience.

Love this pharmacy! They are always so friendly and helpful!
