Pharmacy Services of Winnfield

Waaaasnt going to doo this but after the third time I’ve had enough , this is the third time coming in for over the counter med recommended & I tell register lady I need to talk to a pharmacist and the manager over pharmacy always acts like she too good to come talk to me her self and has the register lady running back and forth asking me questions that she could just ask me herself , but she acts too good to come out here and talk to me herself that ain’t no manager.

Ever since Steve retired and it’s under different ownership the quality of service has declined tremendously!!! Not all employees there but most of them are very rude including the pharmacists. Very unprofessional. It’s a shame Winnfield doesn’t have a good pharmacy anymore.

I don't like that you can't have an account here now. I like the RX app. It helps me keep track of refills and such. Service in store has improved. There were some hiccups when ownership changed hands. I will continue to use their services.

Pharmacy Services in Winnfield is no longer the Home town pharmacy. Steve activated for & understood his customer. Steve was Always available to answer any questions you may have. It's a real shame the customer service is nothing other than get you script,( if possible) & just leave. No courtesy from them! I'm moving my business elsewhere. Yeah, I guess the Wally world for now.

I have used Steve my entire life and have enjoyed doing business with him. Now that trinity has taken over, the service has suffered greatly. Sadly it’s now a corporate pharmacy and no longer a home town pharmacy. The staff are now cold and unconcerned. I have switched to a different hometown pharmacy. Thank you Steve for your years of unparalleled service, it will be greatly missed.
