I love the hometown hospitality from I get from them. They work hard to make sure the patient is happy & tries to fix any issues quickly & efficiently. Always friendly when I call.

We used Dixie Medical with both of my parents. I couldn’t have asked for better service. They were very helpful with anything I couldn’t figure out, and we’re always great about getting anything we needed.

I recommend going anywhere else if you have the option. I got a Cpap from dixie medical 2 years ago and i have recieved 1 bill from them since then, i have to call them from time to time just to see if my bill is ready to pay, as i recieved a phone call from a collection agency the first billing cycle because they didnt send it out or notify me that my bill was ready. thwy gave me no information on anything when i went to pick up my machine, and i havent received the first filter or anything for it since i got it. These people need to get it together, but as of now i wouldn't recommend anyone using them for anything.

I wish I could give this company no stars. Dixie Tucker is the most rude and unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. Just shut down already.

They never returned my phone calls gotten a cpap from them it quit working, took it them figured out was the humidifier part they where supposed to check warranty on it 3 months later the other part of the cpap starts making loud noise called to see if it could be fixed or replaced still no call back ....had to call again and they act like they have no clue as to what's going on
