Pharmacy Plus

This incident happened about a year ago, but it still left a very unpleasant impression. We visited this pharmacy for the first time, just to look around — and we were overcharged by $29, with a receipt printed for the wrong amount. We returned about an hour later, and only after an older man entered the store (apparently a supervisor or manager) were the money finally refunded. At the time of purchase, the cashier was a woman with a hoarse, smoky voice and a strong Caucasian accent. Her behavior was rude, arrogant, and dismissive, giving the impression that this was not an accidental mistake. No one apologized or even acknowledged the situation. ⚠️ Be very cautious when visiting this place. The atmosphere is unpleasant, and the customer service is completely unacceptable for a pharmacy

If I could give it less I would. Unpleasant and rude and seemed to be bothered by my call.

Worst Pharmacy. The old lady at the counter is very rude. Never talks politely. Once they misplaced my husband's medicine and our doctor had to again callin for the prescription as they lost that as well. Wasted our 2 days. Another incident where the medicine was not available with them they asked me to come next day. I went to the store just before the closing hours and the same lady at the counter said now its too late n she cannot prepare the medicine. I asked her to return my prescription so that I can get from another pharmacy she refused to do so. Really Annoyed. Zero stars.

Best pharmacy with friendly and insightful professionals.

They do not have some medications that claim to.. Also found the staff to be unfriendly and somewhat rude.
