Pharmacy of America is hands is the absolute best pharmacy (HANDS DOWN)! The staff are absolutely kind and respectful! The pharmacy itself is very clean! I am so glad to be a customer. Keep up the awesome work, "Pharmacy of America"!

They are okay, i mean the job gets done and i get the meds for her but i don’t enjoy it. I only come here because it is close to my mom’s house and she needs a nearby pharmacy for her meds . Second time here and both times service was not great . They really need to learn to acknowledge and at least greet the customers coming in . They will literally sit there having a whole conversation and continue whatever task they are doing and meanwhile I'm just standing there like an idiot . I couldn’t get a “ ill be right with you “ or nothing. I am an easy going person but that didn’t feel good to be basically ignored and not acknowledged as they knew I was just standing there staring at them . Both times i came too ? A smile and a greet goes a long way. Please teach your employees this .

The young girls that work that are horrible they never listen and always mess up with my medication they had my child medication delivered to a wrong address today not to mention all the other times they screw up I do not recommend this location the young girls there do not care about there job at all if they can’t even take a simple instruction on a delivery it’s always a problem with them they was supposed to go pick up the medicine back up and guess what it was never picked up and my medication was never delivered today my baby has a fever and I can’t even treat her because she has no medication today

On multiple occasions they've messed up my insurance information and overcharged me for my medications, and then when I try to ask about if they have it all on file correctly they give me attitude. The staff give attitude about anything so quickly really, it's almost like we're competing for who wants to be there the least. I have to waste my time calling up my insurance each time so I can get my money back when they should be more than capable of doing it right the first time (and all subsequent times too, because you'd think they would learn after they got it wrong the first time). I'm switching pharmacies. Don't waste your time here.

They say it’s open at 8. But they are never here at 8. They take their time. People here are rude and don’t know how to speak to people. It takes 40 mins to get your medicine. Ridiculous. The WORST!!
