The technicians here are always friendly and efficient. I like that I can talk to a person when I call the pharmacy, I don’t have to wait for a computer or leave a voicemail to get a call back. Great service. Thank you!

Called ahead to check if my prescription was ready. Asked about it by name. Was told it was ready. Drove 35min to go pick it up as it's the only pharmacy that can get it in stock reliably. Arrived only to find out it wasn't ready, and they hadn't even received the rx from my provider yet. I asked if they were sure since I'd already confirmed ahead of time. No accountability taken, they said they never confirmed which prescription I called about, proceeded to blame me for arriving before the provider sent it in. Not sure if they record calls but if they do it would be trivial to hear I did exactly what they said I should have done in advance. Everyone makes mistakes, it should be beyond easy for them to just say "hey, our bad, we wasted your time as a result of a mistake we made", no idea w
