If I could give this pharmacy on Erie Ave half a star I would. I switched from Walgreens to here and I am starting to regret it. First I had an issue getting my pain medicine filled because the girl said I didn't have any more refills. I therefore called my Dr and my insurance to get the refill. My insurance said someone from the pharmacy had to call them. When I informed the pharmacy of this they said they don't do that. I called the insurance back and even they were baffled as to why the pharmacy would say that because that is there job. I had to go to speak to the pharmacy manager in person where she apologized but didn't really rectify the situation. Then today I called about getting my insulin refilled and the girl gave me an attitude and didn't want to help me and said I never got

Extremely friendly and helpful staff and sales floor is extremely clean and orderly. If you don't pick up your medication right away after a few days they will deliver it for free without you even having to ask. Very convenient.

Bad customer service no one really cares or helps you at all I don’t know how the’ other pharmacies they own treat people .. but this one on Erie avenue has been nothing but a nightmare for my family and me I don’t recommend it this pharmacy at all …..

THERE SERVICE IS GREAT ON THE PHONE OR IN THE PHARMACY...I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR A LITTLE WHILE NOW AND IF YOU CALL THEM ABOUT YOUR MEDICATION THEY WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN IT'S READY OR THEY WILL CALL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOU CAN PICK IT UP... THAT'S WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THEM SO IT'S NOT INCONVENIENT...I REALLY APPRECIATE THE GREAT WORK THEY DO AND WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU!!

Never once had a problem at this pharmacy. Every employee is nice and helpful. Extra quick RX deliverys! Definitely recommend this particular Pharmacy of America and others!
