The staff here are absolutely amazing! The pharmacists especially go well above the call of duty to ensure my grandpa’s brand specific meds as well as my own pharmacy needs. you can tell they really care about the patients and their caregivers. They recognize me when I walk through the door and do everything they can to be helpful and accommodating. The rest of the staff are top notch as well. They are so knowledgeable and see the “whole picture” for the patients, not just another number. Compassion and dedication to their profession is very apparent here. Plus the wait times are always very brief, if at all. Thank you Kaiser, me and grandpa appreciate you!!

I hate going in here, nothing ever goes right, always seems to be some kind of a mistake. This time I had requested no child proof caps and found out that you have to make this request once a year You would think as you get older and hate these locking caps, one form doing it once would cover all scripts, but on no. Someone explain the logic in that please
